Professor Hong Sung-soo (Professor of Law at Sookmyung Women's University and Member of the Gender Equality Committee) delivered a lecture titled "Is There a Freedom to Hate?" The session examined hate speech, its human rights implications, and two approaches to addressing it: regulation and public dialogue.
